Senior Art Director

Responsabilities
Lead the creative vision and direction for projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and client expectations.
Oversee the development of visual concepts, from sketching and prototyping to final execution, across various mediums including print, digital, and multimedia.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, establish timelines, and manage resources effectively to deliver high-quality creative solutions on time and within budget.
Provide guidance and feedback to the design team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages experimentation and risk-taking.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and art direction, and incorporate relevant insights into our creative processes.
Serve as a brand ambassador, advocating for the value of design and championing its role in driving business success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as familiarity with emerging tools and technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative team culture.
